Within the framework of its training activities, the Fundación María Cristina Masaveu Peterson presents an educational programme related to the exhibition FMCMP Collection: Art and Nature aimed at meeting the needs of the school community, from infant to baccalaureate students. 

All of these guided tour-workshops are free of charge, last approximately 90 minutes and are led by cultural mediators. Each activity is adapted to the educational level of the target audience.

ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE WITH ADVANCE BOOKING

GUIDED TOUR-WORKSHOP FOR INFANT AND PRIMARY STUDENTS

The forms of nature

Activity aimed at infant and primary students consisting of an interactive guided tour of the works in the exhibition room and a creative activity. Participants will learn about the forms, materials and meanings of art since 1970 to the present day, discovering the multiple connections between nature, human beings and artistic creation. 

As the final component of the activity, students will experiment with the different techniques employed to create the artworks, using their own fine motor skills and abstract thinking to identify and build geometric forms visible in nature.

The guided tour-workshop is free of charge, lasts approximately 90 minutes and is led by cultural mediators.

GUIDED TOUR-WORKSHOP FOR SECONDARY AND BACCALAUREATE STUDENTS

Artistic intervention at Morasverdes: Art and Nature in the FMCMP Collection

Activity aimed at promoting the active participation of secondary and baccalaureate students.

Participants will learn about the forms, materials and meanings of art since 1970 to the present day, discovering the multiple connections between nature, human beings and artistic creation. The aims of the activity are as follows: discover the landscape genre, ephemeral art, land art and performativity; examine the ways in which they engage with nature; identify and relate the main milestones in art history concerning landscape and nature.

As a final creative component of the activity, students will experiment with the materials in the natural surroundings and become artists themselves for a day.

The guided tour-workshop is free of charge, lasts approximately 90 minutes and is led by cultural mediators.

INTERACTIVE TOUR FOR SECONDARY AND BACCALAUREATE STUDENTS

Art and Nature in the FMCMP Collection
