Fundación María Cristina Masaveu Peterson has opened its 9th Call for Undergraduate Scholarships for Academic Excellence for the 2026–2027 academic year, aimed at high-achieving students from Asturias. The scholarships are intended to support students’ university education and foster their academic, professional and personal development. Since the programme was launched in 2008, the Foundation has awarded a total of 558 scholarships.

The scholarships are available for official undergraduate and combined degree programmes (PCEO), studied full-time and in person, and are awarded through a competitive academic assessment process. Applications may be submitted from 1 to 31 October 2026, inclusive. The terms and conditions of the scholarship call, together with further information, will be available on the Foundation’s website.
