What are my rights and where can I exercise them?

Right to access

You have the right to consult your data, obtaining confirmation of whether it is being processed or not.

Right to rectification

You have the right to modify incomplete or inaccurate data.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your data when this data is no longer necessary, when the erasure is established by law, when you withdraw your consent, or when you object to processing, among other motives.

You have the right to withdraw your consent so that the processing of your data will no longer continue, which will not affect the processing carried out prior to this time.

You are also permitted to lodge a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) if you believe that your data is being processed illegally.
