This work, which boasts extraordinarily contained colours and gestural lines, was made with industrial materials, just like much of the artist’s output. It is one of the 20 works within the project entitled Walking on the Ground Amidst Trees and Stones, which he presented as the guest artist in the 24th edition of ESTAMPA (2017) held from 20 to 24 September 2017 in the Nave 16 cultural pavilion of Matadero Madrid, giving rise to a publication of the same name.
This painting, along with two others from the same series, were purchased by the Fundación María Cristina Masaveu Peterson at the Juana de Aizpuru Gallery stand at ARCO 2018.
