Who else has access to your data?
The video surveillance and security service is provided by the private security company SERCOINFO SEGURIDAD, S.L., which accesses the data on behalf of the MARÍA CRISTINA MASAVEU PETERSON FOUNDATION.

The images may be provided upon request to the Police and law enforcement authorities or judges and courts in the course of investigations or proceedings, or when their provision is necessary for the exercise or defence of the rights of the MARÍA CRISTINA MASAVEU PETERSON FOUNDATION or of third parties that may be affected.

How long will your data be stored?
Your data will be deleted at the latest within one month of their recording or collection, without prejudice to those images or records which must be kept as they are required in the course of an investigation. They will be kept until the investigation is concluded or the responsibilities arising from the activities recorded are determined.

We have your details because you are or have been a collaborator of the Foundation, a member of the Academic Committee for the evaluation of excellence grants or because you have made institutional contact with us during acts or events promoted by the Foundation or by third parties.

Due to the legitimate interest of the Foundation in giving a high profile to its activities related to its foundational purposes and in encouraging a close relationship with its collaborators and institutional contacts, which stems from the previously established relationship.

For as long as the relationship with your company continues and, in the case of legal documents, for as long as they remain in force or some kind of liability arises from them and they are necessary for the exercise of rights or the defence of the Foundation against claims. You may unsubscribe from our contact database at any time if you do not wish to receive information from the Foundation, as will be explained in each email you receive, which will include instructions on how to do so.

What is the origin of the data?
The MARÍA CRISTINA MASAVEU PETERSON FOUNDATION holds and participates in various events and organises openings, exhibitions and concerts where photographs and videos may be taken.
