Natures and architectures typically dominate the compositions of this Madrilenian author, who fragments reality by dominating the natural light to create disturbing landscapes full of contrasts and sprinkled with mystery. A tribute to perspective and Renaissance painting, between day and night, through slow, perfected sessions where fiction serves the visual impact. In his recent exhibitions, he has also made sculptures, combining their montages with new photographic series. Among other distinctions, he received an Honourable Mention in the II Grünenthal Art Prize (2011).
